The business
what you sell, who buys it, where you work, and how the business makes money.
Free Clarity Call
Bring the business, the website if you have one, and the part that feels stuck. We will work out what deserves attention first.
The free Clarity Call is a working conversation with SEO Informatica's senior lead that identifies what is actually blocking a business's growth — before anything is scoped or sold.
Start With a Free Clarity CallWhat the call is — and what it is not
This is not a scripted presentation or an automatic website pitch.
We ask direct questions, listen, and look at the business as it stands today. If you already have a website, we look at it with you. If you are launching, we look at the plan, the offer, and the decisions still unresolved.
The aim is to separate the visible symptom from the first useful move. A lack of inquiries may come from an unclear offer, a weak website, missing service pages, poor visibility, limited proof — or a problem that a website project will not solve.
We will not force every situation into the service we happen to sell.
What we look at
Six practical areas:
what you sell, who buys it, where you work, and how the business makes money.
what exists, what is missing, and what may be making the business harder to understand.
whether buyers can recognize the right offer and reach a sensible next step.
what customers need to know before they choose, and how clearly competitors explain it.
whether useful pages can be found in Google, and whether the business gives AI systems clear, consistent facts.
the credentials, reviews, work, outcomes, process, or experience that support the claims being made.
We do not promise rankings, leads, citations, or AI mentions. The call is about identifying the most credible next step.
What you leave with
The call can end with any of these recommendations:
when a new business needs a complete public foundation from the start → See New Website
when the existing site is structurally weaker than the business and smaller changes would leave the main problem in place → See Website Rebuild
when a focused page, message, technical, or buyer-route change is enough for now
when the foundation is sound and the next need is continued search and AI-visibility development → See Ongoing Growth
when the offer, proof, timing, or business decision needs to become clearer before paying for website or growth work
"Not yet" is a useful result. Spending later for the right reason is better than buying the wrong project now.
What it costs to go further
The Clarity Call is free.
New websites and website rebuilds start at $2,500 for up to 25 pages, delivered in 15–21 business days from approved inputs. Full breakdown
Ongoing Growth starts at $999/month, is scope-based, and begins with a 3-month initial term before continuing month to month.
Larger sites, portals, payment systems, and custom applications are scoped separately. See Custom Systems
These starting numbers are visible before the call so you can decide whether further work is financially realistic. If we recommend paid work and both sides want to continue, the scope and price are agreed before the project begins.
How to prepare
Almost nothing is required.
Know, in your own words, how the business works, who it serves, and what currently feels stuck. Bring the website address if one exists. If you are launching, rough notes or an early offer are enough.
You do not need a presentation, page list, keyword report, analytics export, or technical brief. You do not need to provide account passwords during the call.
The free AI Search Readiness Check is available if you want an early view of technical and business-clarity gaps, but it is not required before booking. Free AI Search Readiness Check
What happens after
We end the conversation with the clearest direction we can support from what we reviewed.
Within 2 business days, you receive a short written note: what we understood, the recommended next step and why, and — if paid work is proposed — the price. It is a recommendation note, not a free strategy plan. It exists so you can decide with a clear head, or show it to a partner before deciding.
If a project makes sense and both sides want to continue, we prepare the scope and price. If it does not, the conversation ends with the recommendation.
We do not chase you afterward or place you into a pressure sequence.
Book the call
Booking takes a minute: a short form, then pick a time. The last answer lets us prepare before we meet, so the call starts at the real question.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. There is no charge for the Clarity Call, and booking it does not require a purchase.
It is a first commercial conversation, because paid work may be one possible next step — but it is not a scripted close. The senior lead asks, listens, examines the situation, and may recommend a smaller correction or no project yet.
We say so. The outcome may be "not yet," a smaller correction, or a type of work outside our current scope. The purpose is to leave the decision clearer than it was before the call.
No formal documents are required. Know how the business works, bring the website URL if one exists, and be ready to explain what feels stuck.
