Explain the offer in the buyer's words.
A visitor should quickly understand what the business does, who it is for, and what problem each service solves.
New Website
For the founder who knows the business, but does not yet have the words, pages, or technical setup to present it properly.
SEO Informatica builds complete first websites for new businesses — up to 25 pages from $2,500, live in 15–21 business days from approved inputs — with search and AI visibility built in from day one.
We plan, support the copy, design, build, connect the essentials, and launch. The same senior lead stays throughout.
Start With a Free Clarity CallStarting from zero is an advantage
A new business does not have to inherit confusing navigation, duplicate pages, outdated offers, or technical baggage. We begin with the business as it is meant to work.
We define the important services before creating pages, use the buyer's questions, and decide what deserves its own page, what belongs together, and what evidence supports each claim.
The business may exist as notes, proposals, or a clear picture in the founder's head. We turn that knowledge into a structure others can understand.
If a starter page has already earned useful traffic or inquiries, we may handle it as a Website Rebuild instead. See Website Rebuild
What a first website must do
A first website has four jobs.
A visitor should quickly understand what the business does, who it is for, and what problem each service solves.
Clear services, locations, working methods, boundaries, and next steps help the right buyer recognize a fit before making contact.
Trust comes from a specific offer, logical structure, real credentials, honest proof, and a clear next step — not invented size or history.
From launch, the site should identify the business, services, audience, locations, process, and supporting evidence. These foundations improve readiness for Google and AI answers, but do not guarantee rankings, citations, leads, or mentions. Read more about our AI SEO approach
What's included
You do not need to arrive with a sitemap or page list. We work that out with you.
We clarify the offer, audience, services, locations, proof, and buyer routes, then recommend the pages the business needs.
You provide the facts, experience, offers, and proof. We organize and shape them into clear page content.
We create the visual direction and build the website for desktop and mobile. The design supports the message, not a pre-set pattern.
You buy the domain so it is in your name from day one. We connect it, arrange hosting, set up the agreed inquiry forms, and connect the main website accounts.
We put technical access, page structure, internal links, business clarity, and extractable content in place from launch. These are foundations, not promises.
We test the pages, forms, links, mobile layouts, analytics, and search access before going live. Thirty days of post-launch support are included.
What we need from you
You do not need technical knowledge or a polished brand pack. We need the information only the owner can provide:
If brand assets do not exist, we begin with the business name, audience, desired character, and suitable examples — and identify any separate branding or photography need early.
You do not have to write finished pages. You do have to check the facts, make decisions, and approve the material representing the business.
Looking established when you're new
A new business should not fake a history it does not have. We do not use invented reviews, borrowed badges, inflated team language, or unsupported claims.
Instead, we build trust through:
New does not have to mean vague. Buyers can trust a young business when the offer is clear, the people are real, and the next step makes sense.
How the launch works
We discuss the business, launch stage, offer, and what must be ready — then check whether a full website is the right investment now.
We agree on pages, functions, responsibilities, price, and exclusions. Portals, payment systems, custom applications, and larger sites are scoped separately. See Custom Systems
You approve the essential information, access, and assets. We present the structure and design direction for revision round one.
We develop the agreed pages, buyer routes, forms, and search and AI foundations as one connected website.
You review the working site in revision round two. We complete in-scope changes and quote extra work first.
We connect the domain, run the launch checks, and provide 30 days of support, including small text and image updates.
A new website is delivered in 15–21 business days from approved inputs. The clock pauses while required information or feedback is pending; a project waiting more than 14 days moves to the next available build slot.
What it costs
New websites start at $2,500 for up to 25 pages. The price covers clarity, structure, copy support, design, build, foundations, testing, and launch — it changes with the page scope and non-standard functions. Larger sites, portals, payment systems, and custom applications are scoped separately. See Custom Systems
The domain, analytics, and Search Console are in your name from day one. The website is yours after final payment, and full code handover is available on request.
Hosting is arranged by us and included for 12 months — $199 per year after that, or free while you are on Ongoing Growth. Self-hosting is allowed with handover.
The site is custom-built for speed and security, not as a self-edit platform. After the included 30-day update period, we handle changes through Ongoing Growth or per request. A self-edit setup can be added as a scoped extra.
Ongoing Growth starts at $999 per month, is scope-based, and is optional. Explore Ongoing Growth
Proof
Xporate began with services that made sense internally but were not yet organized into a clear website structure. Across two founder clarity rounds, we separated the offers, defined each page's role, and turned the scattered material into structured buyer routes and an implementation-ready page framework.
Frequently asked questions
No. Copy support is included, and we work from your knowledge rather than expecting finished text. We plan around the assets available and identify which images are necessary. We do not present stock photographs as your team, premises, customers, or work.
Yes. $2,500 is the starting price because the work includes the complete planning and build, not only a charge per page. The free Clarity Call confirms fit — and sometimes the right recommendation is to wait, validate the offer further, or start smaller.
We can turn working knowledge, overlapping services, and scattered ideas into a clear offer structure and buyer route. We cannot replace market validation: if the offer is not ready to sell, the Clarity Call may recommend resolving that first.
A standard website is delivered in 15–21 business days from approved inputs. The schedule begins when the agreed information, assets, access, and decisions are ready.
No. The first job is a sound foundation. Ongoing Growth is available later for more pages, stronger proof, continued search work, local visibility, or regular changes. It is not required to keep the website live.
You do. It is registered in your name from day one, so the business keeps control. We help with the choice and connection.
You do not need a finished brand, page list, or website language before the first conversation. Bring the business as it exists in your head, notes, proposals, and early conversations — we will work out what the site must explain, what you need to provide, and whether now is the right time.
The Clarity Call is free. If we move forward, the same senior lead stays with the project through launch.
