AI SEO that gets your business understood: by Google, by AI answers, and by the people who buy.
Your clients value your expertise. We help more of the right buyers discover it. We work with consultancies, advisory firms and other B2B service businesses to improve Google rankings, get discovered in AI answers and turn that visibility into qualified enquiries.
Choose ongoing AI SEO from $1,111 a month, or a separately quoted website project.
Choose a conversation or a written review. Both are free.
You can answer their questions on a call. But the questions that decide whether they call…
- How much should this cost?
- Are they actually any good?
- Do they work with businesses like mine?
- Is this company legit?
- What do their clients say about them?
- Who do people recommend for this?
- Why them and not the next result?
- Do they cover my area?
- How long will it take?
- What happens after I get in touch?
- Will they understand my problem?
- Have they done this before?
- Will they actually reply?
- Are there any hidden costs?
- Is it worth it at my size?
- What should I ask them first?
Your best clients understand your value. Can the next buyer see it?
Your best work goes beyond the broad service description on your site.
A buyer with a specific need has to work out which service to ask for.
The experience you explain on a call is harder to find on the page.
Your offer is ready, but the website still needs to explain who it is for.
Buyers need to see what you do, why it fits and how to begin.
Your knowledge and available evidence give us the starting point.
Start with the service you want more of the right buyers to choose.
Try one buyer question
Who should I hire for HR advisory in the United States?
These links open your question in the real services. One answer is a starting point for review, not a visibility score. Nothing is generated on this page.
Who this is for
For service firms whose expertise has outgrown the website.
We work with established consultancies, advisory firms and other B2B service businesses. Your offer may have expanded, your best work may be hard to find, or the site may leave buyers asking the same questions before they can choose.
You may have a marketing team already. We agree where our work fits and who handles each change. United States and United Kingdom first, with suitable businesses elsewhere.
Launching a service business? Explore a new website. Need a different structure for an established firm? Compare repairing and rebuilding. Where buyers choose by area, local search can be part of the plan.
Make the service clear before asking buyers to choose it.
Search systems need accessible information about the service, its audience and the evidence behind it.
A buyer needs to recognize their situation, understand the offer and see a credible reason to take the next step.
We work on both: the information search systems can use and the questions a buyer needs answered.
One page, read twice
The information search systems can use
- What this business does
- Who it serves
- Where it works
- Which problems it solves
- Which topics it belongs to
- Whether other sources agree
The questions a buyer needs answered
- Is this for someone like me?
- Do they understand my problem?
- Can I trust them?
- What do I do next?
Choose a starting point. Agree the work. Review what changes.
A direct call and a written Outside View are alternative ways to begin. The scope and price are agreed before work starts.
-
Choose how to begin. Free.
Request a 30-minute Clarity Call to discuss the business, priorities and price. If you prefer to read a public-site review first, request an Outside View, delivered within two business days. You can go straight to the call, including when you have no website yet.
Two ways to begin
Choose what is useful now
- A conversation about the business decision
- Or a written review of your public website
- No Outside View required before the call
- No finished brief needed for a launch
-
Agree the work before it starts.
Within two business days after the call, you receive the recommended direction and price in writing. We agree the goal, scope, responsibilities and inputs. That may be the ongoing AI SEO plan, a separately quoted rebuild, a new website, or a smaller first move.
The written direction
What you can decide from
- The business goal
- Recommended work and why
- Responsibilities and required inputs
- Scope and price
-
Review the work before it goes live.
In the plan, Setup delivers the agreed priorities in month one from approved inputs. We write the pages and explain each change in a small batch for your review. A separately quoted website project follows its agreed build scope and two review rounds.

The change and the reason

Choose the next work from the evidence.
The ongoing plan brings one check-in call, one plain-language report and 42-day readings of live batches. We review search activity, the enquiries you can identify and what still needs checking. A standalone website includes 30 days of support; monthly work afterwards is your choice.
A manufacturer in Wales reported a first ChatGPT-referred enquiry from a buyer close to a decision, followed by further enquiries during monthly work. Client feedback recorded on 1 October 2026.
The plan review
What happens next
- What shipped and when
- What the search and enquiry records show
- What remains unclear
- The next priority and why
Ongoing AI SEO, or a website project. Choose the work you need.
from $1,111 a month
The first three months are the minimum: Setup, then two months of Compound toward a goal written into your proposal before we begin. After that, month by month. Continue, pause or stop with 30 days' notice. No exit fees. Hosting stays covered while you pause. Scope, goal and the exact fee are confirmed on the call, not before.
The monthly plan can include the pages where buyers decide, local search, technical work and support content. The agreed priorities determine which work comes first.
A complete website, separately quoted.
For a launch or an agreed rebuild: up to 25 pages, written and built with two review rounds, within 21 business days from approved inputs. The clock pauses while required inputs or decisions are pending. Ongoing work after launch is optional. Compare a new website and a rebuild, or discuss the scope on a free call.

How we choose the work
Clear meaning, buyer decisions and observed evidence. The same approach guides our own site.
Semantics. How machines read meaning.
We make the business explicit: the services, who they help, what they involve and which evidence supports them. Clear page structure and useful connections help readers and search systems follow that information.
Buyer psychology. How people decide.
We build around the questions a buyer needs answered: is this for us, what does the work involve, and why should we trust it? The relevant proof and next step belong beside those decisions.
AI systems. What AI can do for a business like yours.
We examine how assistants describe businesses, record the sources and limits of what we observe, and use useful findings in the work. Our public research lets you inspect the method and evidence.
Questions
Who is SEO Informatica for?
Established consultancies, advisory firms and other B2B service businesses whose website does not explain the expertise their clients already value. We also build websites for new service businesses and work on local search where location affects the buying decision. United States and United Kingdom first, with suitable businesses elsewhere.
Can I commission a website without monthly work?
Yes. A separately quoted new website or rebuild stands on its own. Ongoing work after launch is optional. A build can also form part of the agreed Setup scope of the AI SEO plan; the call and written proposal establish which route fits.
Do I need a rebuild?
Not necessarily. Clearer copy, useful proof or a smaller technical repair may be enough. We recommend a rebuild when the current structure, templates or platform prevent the changes the business needs.
What happens in the first month of the plan?
We agree the priority services and scope, write or improve the pages where buyers decide, and address the relevant technical findings. You review small batches before they go live. Setup is planned for month one from approved inputs; pending answers pause the clock.
How much of my time does it take?
Your expertise, service details and available evidence are the starting point. In the plan, allow one initial conversation and answers, about ten minutes to review each small batch, and one call a month. We write the copy. Separately quoted website projects have two review rounds, with required inputs agreed before work starts.
When do you review results?
For a live plan batch, we allow 14 days before a 28-day measurement window, then compare it with the 28 days before the batch went live. The first reading is planned before the decision on month four. This is a review schedule; it does not mean Google or an assistant has finished processing the work. We report what changed and what the evidence supports.
How much does it cost?
The ongoing AI SEO plan starts from $1,111 a month, with three months to begin, then month by month. A standalone website has its own fixed quote. The free Clarity Call establishes the recommended scope and price, followed by a written note within two business days after the call.
Can I pause or stop the plan?
Yes, after the first three months. From then on the plan runs one month at a time, and you can continue, pause or stop with 30 days’ notice. No exit fees. Hosting stays covered while you pause.
What is the Outside View?
An optional free written review of your public website: how the offer comes across, who appears for relevant searches and ten priorities to consider. It arrives within two business days, with no call required. Where a finding needs private account or hosting evidence, we identify that next check.
Can I talk to you first, or start without a website?
Yes. Request a free 30-minute Clarity Call directly. Bring the business decision you want to make and a website address if you have one. Rough notes are enough for a launch. We arrange the time by email; an Outside View is not required.
What does AI SEO add?
We work on accessible pages, clear services, useful content and credible evidence, then check how search engines and assistants describe the business. The work is chosen around your buyers and the findings, rather than a separate page for every AI search label.
Do you guarantee rankings, AI mentions or enquiries?
No. We agree the work and the business goal, make the changes you approve, and review search activity alongside the enquiries you can identify. Rankings, citations and buyer decisions remain outcomes to measure.
Make your expertise easier to choose.
Bring the business decision you want to make. We can discuss the right first move on a free call, or start with a written review of your public website.
