Websites built to be found — in Google and AI answers.

A complete website for the business you are starting — or the business your old site no longer represents.

SEO Informatica builds and rebuilds small-business websites — up to 25 pages from $2,500, delivered in 15–21 business days from approved inputs — with search and AI visibility built in.

We plan the structure, support the copy, design and build the pages, put the search and AI foundations in place, and handle launch. The same senior lead stays with the project from the first conversation to the finished website.

Two situations. Two doors.

The right route depends on whether the website needs to be created — or an existing one needs to be carefully replaced.

01

Launching from zero? Choose a New Website.

For a new business that needs its first complete public home. We turn what is clear in your head into a site that explains the offer, guides the buyer, and gives Google and AI systems clear information about the business.

New websites start at $2,500 for up to 25 pages. Explore New Websites

02

Established, but underselling online? Choose a Website Rebuild.

For a real business whose website is thin, dated, hard to use, or no longer matches what the business has become. We keep what is useful, rebuild what is holding the site back, and plan the move with care for existing search visibility.

You do not need to choose before speaking with us. The free Clarity Call decides which route fits — and whether a full website project is justified at all.

What every website includes

The standard scope brings the important parts together rather than selling design, development, and search foundations as disconnected jobs.

01

Clarity work.

We get clear on what the business offers, who it serves, where it works, what buyers need to understand, and what proof supports its claims. Every page gets a purpose before design begins.

02

Structure and buyer routes.

We map the navigation, page roles, service paths, internal links, and calls to action so buyers can recognize the right service and know where to go next.

03

Core pages.

The starting scope covers up to 25 pages. The exact set may include the homepage, about page, service pages, location pages, proof, FAQs, and contact or conversion pages. We add pages because the business needs them, not to reach a number.

04

Copy support.

Included. We help turn approved business inputs into clear page content, strengthen weak explanations, and keep the language consistent across the site.

05

Design.

We create a visual direction that fits the business and supports the content. Pages are designed for desktop and mobile, with clear hierarchy and readable layouts.

06

Build.

We build the working website, connect the agreed forms and functions, test the main user paths, and prepare it for launch. Portals, payment systems, and custom applications are scoped separately. See Custom Systems

07

Search and AI foundations.

We organize pages so Google and AI systems can reach them and understand clear facts about the business, services, audiences, locations, process, and proof. These foundations improve readiness — they do not guarantee rankings, citations, leads, or AI mentions. Read more about our AI SEO approach

08

Launch.

We handle the move to the live website and check the important pages, forms, links, and search-access settings. For rebuilds, changed URLs are redirected where needed and valuable existing content is treated carefully.

The process

01

Step 1: Free Clarity Call.

We review the business, the current website or launch plan, and the main constraint — then decide whether the right next step is a new website, a rebuild, growth work, or no full project yet.

02

Step 2: Agreed scope.

Before work begins, we agree on the pages, functions, responsibilities, price, and exclusions. Custom requirements are identified here rather than appearing as a surprise later.

03

Step 3: Approved inputs.

We confirm what we need from you: service details, locations, business facts, brand assets, photographs, proof, access, and key decisions. The delivery window begins only when the required inputs are complete and approved.

04

Step 4: Build.

We move through structure, copy support, design, and build as one connected project. The same senior lead runs the work end to end, so the business does not have to be repeatedly re-explained.

05

Step 5: Review.

You review the working website. We address feedback that falls within the agreed scope before launch.

06

Step 6: Launch.

After approval, we complete the final checks and put the website live. A standard new website or rebuild is delivered in 15–21 business days from approved inputs.

The window does not start at the first inquiry or while essential material is missing. The delivery clock pauses whenever required inputs, feedback, or approvals are pending on your side — and if a project waits more than 14 days on inputs, it moves to the next available build slot, so one stalled project doesn't hold up the calendar.

Straight answers before you book

How much does a standard website cost?

New websites and rebuilds start at $2,500 for up to 25 pages. Larger sites, portals, payment systems, and custom applications are priced separately. The final scope is agreed before work starts.

Who actually runs the project?

The same senior lead runs the project from the Clarity Call through structure, copy support, design, build, search and AI foundations, and launch. There is no salesperson-to-account-manager handoff.

Who owns the website and accounts after delivery?

You do. The domain, analytics, and Search Console sit in your name from day one. After final payment, the website is yours — and a full code handover is available on request.

Can we edit the website after launch?

The site is custom-built for speed and security, not a self-edit platform — so we handle changes for you. Small text and image updates are free for the first 30 days after launch; after that, changes run through Ongoing Growth or simple per-request pricing. If you want to edit content yourself, a self-edit setup can be added as a separately scoped extra.

Is hosting included, and what does it cost?

We arrange hosting for you. It is included for the first 12 months, then $199 per year — and free while you are on Ongoing Growth. Prefer to host it yourself? We hand over what's needed.

How many revisions are included?

Two structured review rounds are part of every project: one at the structure and design stage, one at the pre-launch review. Extra rounds or changes outside the agreed scope are quoted before any work happens — no surprise invoices.

What support is included after launch?

Thirty days of included support: fixes, small tweaks, and anything related to the launch itself. After that, support continues through Ongoing Growth or per-request.

Is ongoing work required?

No. Ongoing Growth is a separate, scope-based service starting at $999/month for businesses that need continued page development, search improvement, proof building, or local visibility. Explore Ongoing Growth

Frequently asked questions

The free Clarity Call decides. A business without a usable website will usually fit the New Website route; an established business with an outdated or unclear site will usually fit the Website Rebuild route. Sometimes the right answer is to keep the current site and fix a smaller problem first — we will say that rather than forcing every situation into a rebuild.

A rebuild creates search risk when useful pages, URLs, content, internal links, or technical signals are changed carelessly. We preserve valuable material where appropriate, map changed URLs to redirects, and check the important search foundations at launch. That reduces avoidable risk, but it cannot guarantee rankings stay exactly the same. The full approach is explained on the Website Rebuild page.

Copy support is included. We work from your approved knowledge, services, proof, and business language, then help shape clear content for the agreed pages. The scope states what source material we need and which pages are included.

Then a full website project may be unnecessary. The Clarity Call can point to keeping the current site, addressing the need through Ongoing Growth, or a smaller correction. We do not recommend a rebuild simply because a website could be improved.

Yes — but not inside the standard starting scope. Larger sites, client portals, payment systems, and custom applications are scoped and priced separately. See Custom Systems

Start with clarity.

You do not need to arrive with a page list, a technical brief, or a decision between new and rebuild. Bring the business as it stands today — we will look at what needs to be clearer, what can stay, what needs to change, and whether a full website project is the right next move.

The Clarity Call is free. If we work together, the same senior lead stays with the project through launch.
