How a month works
We choose the work most likely to improve the current constraint, using the business goal, site condition, available data, and recent work. Priorities are agreed in a short plan at the start of each month, and we check in on one call per month. In between, you hear from us when something ships or needs a decision.
We make the agreed changes: a page, proof, profile correction, technical fix, content improvement, or stronger buyer route.
Each month closes with a plain-language report answering four questions: What changed? Why did it matter? What moved or did not move? What should happen next? It is not a wall of software scores and activity counts with no connection to the business.

Scope changes with the number of services and locations, competition, site size, technical needs, content and proof gaps, and implementation required.
Growth starts with a 3-month initial term, then runs month-to-month. Meaningful search patterns take several months to read — the initial term exists so the work can be judged on evidence, not on week four.
After the initial term, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice — no exit fees, and everything built stays yours. You can pause for up to 2 months once a year with 30 days' notice; hosting stays covered while paused. On cancellation, hosting moves to $199/year, or we hand over for self-hosting.

No. We can start with an existing website when its foundation is sound. The Clarity Call checks whether the site can support useful work. Sometimes it needs focused fixes; sometimes a rebuild is the honest answer. We do not make rebuilding a condition when it is unnecessary.
