SEO Informatica
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply when you visit seoinformatica.com, read content, submit an inquiry, book a call, request a diagnosis, comment on posts where comments are enabled, or otherwise interact with SEO Informatica through this website.
If you become a client, the specific scope, fees, deliverables, timelines, cancellation terms, ownership terms, and responsibilities for that work should be set out in a separate written proposal, statement of work, invoice, contract, or service agreement. Those written service terms control if they conflict with these website Terms.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
SEO Informatica may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page shows when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the website after updates means the revised Terms apply going forward.
2. Website information is educational
The website, blog posts, service pages, examples, frameworks, FAQs, graphics, and other content are provided for general informational and educational purposes. They are not legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, or other professional advice.
SEO guidance depends on your website, market, implementation, search engines, user behavior, competition, technical constraints, and other changing factors. You should not rely on general website content as a substitute for a project-specific review.
3. Services, inquiries, and free diagnosis calls
Submitting a form, booking a call, requesting a free diagnosis, or sending project information does not create a client relationship, agency relationship, partnership, employment relationship, or obligation for SEO Informatica to provide services.
Free diagnosis calls and preliminary recommendations are intended to identify likely first moves. They are not a guarantee of results and do not replace a full audit, technical review, implementation plan, or written service agreement.
Paid services may include strategy, diagnosis, page planning, content direction, technical SEO guidance, implementation support, local SEO, Search + AI visibility work, or ongoing growth support. Specific deliverables and responsibilities must be confirmed in writing.
4. No guaranteed rankings, leads, or outcomes
SEO Informatica does not guarantee search rankings, indexing, traffic, impressions, clicks, AI visibility, citations, lead volume, lead quality, revenue, conversion rates, or any specific business result.
Search engines, AI systems, analytics platforms, third-party tools, market behavior, competitors, implementation quality, technical environments, and business decisions are outside SEO Informatica’s complete control. Any examples, case-study structures, testimonials, proof blocks, or prior observations are illustrative and do not promise that your results will match them.
5. Information you submit
If you submit information through the website, you represent that the information is accurate, lawful, and that you have the right to share it. You grant SEO Informatica permission to review and use the information to respond to your request, evaluate your website, prepare recommendations, or provide requested services.
Please do not submit confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, financial, medical, government ID, trade-secret, or third-party confidential information through ordinary website forms unless SEO Informatica specifically asks for it under an appropriate written agreement.
If you provide website access, analytics screenshots, search-console data, business information, documents, or other materials during a project, those materials should be handled under the applicable written service agreement or project terms.
6. Intellectual property
The website design, text, frameworks, graphics, layouts, examples, logos, service descriptions, and other content are owned by SEO Informatica or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may view and use the website for personal or internal business evaluation purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, modify, distribute, frame, or commercially exploit website content without written permission, except where allowed by applicable law.
Ownership of client deliverables, drafts, strategy documents, copy, templates, implementation materials, or other paid-work assets should be defined in the applicable written service agreement.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website. This includes, without limitation, attempting to:
- break, overload, probe, scan, disrupt, or bypass website security or access controls;
- submit spam, malware, deceptive content, unlawful content, or content that infringes another person’s rights;
- use automated scraping or extraction in a way that harms the website or violates these Terms;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with a business;
- use website content to train, build, or improve competing commercial systems without permission.
8. Comments, reviews, testimonials, and public submissions
Where comments, reviews, testimonials, or other public submissions are enabled, SEO Informatica may moderate, remove, refuse, or edit submissions for spam, relevance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, formatting, or clarity.
You are responsible for anything you submit publicly. Do not post private information, confidential information, false claims, infringing material, unlawful content, or content that violates another party’s rights.
If testimonials, client feedback, or case-study information is published, it should reflect real experience and should not be read as a promise of typical or guaranteed results.
9. Third-party tools, links, and platforms
The website may link to or rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, WordPress plugins, analytics tools, scheduling tools, email providers, embedded content, payment tools, social platforms, or other external websites.
SEO Informatica does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SEO Informatica does not promise that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, complete, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SEO Informatica disclaims all warranties related to the website and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use or reliance on website content.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
11. Responsibility for misuse
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, unlawful submissions, or infringement of another party’s rights.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable law. Any dispute related to a paid client engagement should be handled under the written agreement for that engagement. Any dispute related only to website use should first be raised by contacting SEO Informatica so the issue can be reviewed informally.
If a court or authority finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the remaining parts should continue to apply as closely as possible to their original intent.
13. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact SEO Informatica through the Contact page. Please include enough detail for us to understand the issue and respond.
